FEROPLAST is implementing a project titled 'Transition of FEROPLAST to energy and resource-efficient operations.' The overall goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Feroplast by investing in green technologies and highly efficient machines and equipment.

Increase of competitiveness and production capacity of Feroplast Ltd. KK.03.2.1.15.0071

The project applicant is the company Feroplast, and the goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Feroplast in the domestic and international markets by investing in strengthening technological capabilities. The purpose is to increase productivity and production volume by at least 30%, which will lead to a 40% increase in revenue and exports. The project will involve the procurement and installation of state-of-the-art equipment, and the production facility will be modernized and adapted for the integration of new equipment. The existing 27 employees will be retained, and 16 new employees will be hired. The target group includes the existing 27 employees, the 16 newly hired employees, current and future customers, and collaborators, while the ultimate beneficiaries will be the employees' families, the local community as a whole, and the economy of the Republic of Croatia. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on job preservation and will directly affect unemployed individuals in the Istria County and surrounding areas. The procurement of new equipment will directly meet the needs of current customers, the ordered products will be of high quality due to the state-of-the-art machinery, and they will be delivered quickly due to expanded production capacity. This will also meet the needs of future customers, as their requirements will be met in terms of quality, delivery time, and all other factors. The implementation of the project will also positively impact Feroplast's suppliers, as the increase in sales revenue and export revenue will create a need for further investment and business expansion.

Business improvement through the implementation of ICT solutions KK.03.2.1.19.0737

The implementation of the project is focused on investing in an ICT solution to support the business processes of a manufacturing company. This will ensure the continued growth of the company and create the foundation for even more successful operations. The implementation of software solution functionalities related to production and the procurement of IT equipment, which will be integrated with the software solution, will contribute to the improvement of production and logistics processes. This will enable effective monitoring of production resources, leading to increased customer satisfaction and improved overall business efficiency. The project includes the following activities: Procurement and implementation of the ICT solution, Project management, Promotion and visibility.

Development of ecological production processes and new high-quality products through research and development activities KK.01.2.1.02.0039

FEROPLAST, in partnership with the University of Rijeka – Faculty of Engineering, is implementing the project 'Development of Ecological Production Processes and New High-Quality Products through Research and Development Activities.' The purpose of the project is to increase the competitiveness of production in Croatia by applying advanced technologies, R&D activities, and establishing high standards of ecological production suitability. The project aims to improve the production process in order to achieve the following goals focused on ecological sustainability: Extend the product lifespan by 20% by discovering a new algorithm that enables the prediction of product durability based on input parameters. Reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions in the production process by 25% through the invention of new designs that will increase process efficiency. Reduce water consumption in the production process by 95% and minimize wastewater production to only 5% by developing new production technology. Strengthen collaboration with scientific research institutions and enhance our own capacities in scientific and research activities and projects.
